图1所示零件是我厂生产的高强度缩径螺栓,原先是用车、磨两道工序生产,不但浪费材料、生产效率低、成本高、质量差,而且还达不到产品的技术要求。为此我设计了一套高强度螺栓缩径模,经一年多的生产实践证明,该模具能解决上述存在的问题,并经机械部产品质量鉴定达到合格,取得了较好的效果。模具结构该模具结构简单,不需要导柱导向,具有一定的通用性。凹模是外购件
