创意产业的发展需要人才,高职艺术生是创意人才的重要来源,高职院校内搭建创意平台对人才培养至关重要。义乌工商职业技术学院与义乌创意园开展深度合作,在校内建立实体创意园区,大力拓展创意平台的人才培养功能。其功能的发挥,主要通过提升学生实践能力,开展创业教育,加强师资队伍建设和教材开发,构建新型教学评价体系,共同培育创新型创意人才。
The development of creative industries requires talents. Higher vocational and technical students are important sources of creative talents. Setting up a creative platform in higher vocational colleges is crucial to personnel training. Yiwu Vocational and Technical College of Business and Yiwu Creative Park to carry out in-depth cooperation in the school to establish an entity creative park, vigorously expand the creative platform for personnel training.
