测定钛合金中铌的方法通常有偶氮胂比色法,但锆离子严重干扰测定;硫氰酸盐乙醚萃取比色法,但大量的钒、钼、钨有干扰;纸上色层分离—PAR比色法和离子交换树脂分离铜铁试剂沉淀重量法,后二种方法操作手续复杂,分析时间长,不合日常生产快速测定要求。我们参考卡付因和沈阳金属所用氯代磺酚—C测定锆基合金和高温合金中铌的工作报导,用此试剂测定钛合金中的铌,结果较为满意。
Determination of niobium titanium alloy usually arsenazo colorimetric method, but serious interference zirconium ion determination; Thiocyanate ether colorimetric extraction, but a large number of vanadium, molybdenum, tungsten interference; paper chromatography - PAR colorimetric and ion exchange resin separation of copper and iron reagent precipitation gravimetric method, the latter two methods of complex procedures, the analysis of a long time, not in line with the rapid determination of daily production requirements. We refer to card Fu and Shenyang Metals used chlorosulfonate-C determination of zirconium-based alloys and high-temperature alloy niobium work report, with this reagent for determination of niobium in titanium alloys, the results are satisfactory.
