目的 “健康中国2030”已经形成国策,国家强调把人民健康放在优先发展战略地位,努力全方位全周期保障人民健康,把发展健康产业作为重点。鉴此,高校要进行健康产业理论和实践研究,本研究就是初步建立评价我国研究型大学健康产业发展现状的指标体系。方法结合大量相关文献,从我国研究型大学健康产业构成要素入手,借鉴其他产业评价指标,通过13位专家采用Delphi法初步建立了评价我国研究型大学健康产业发展现状的指标体系。结果经过两轮专家咨询,形成了含有5个一级指标、16个二级指标和37个三级指标的中国研究型大学健康产业评价指标体系。结论本研究在建立指标体系的过程中,入选专家有一定的代表性,权威程度和积极程度较高,意见集中程度和协调程度较好,形成的中国研究型大学健康产业评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和实用性,可以进一步为我国健康产业的评价工具构建提供一定的理论基础,为“健康中国2030”的早日实现贡献力量。
Purpose The “Healthy China 2030” has formed a national policy. The state emphasizes placing the people’s health in a priority strategic position and strives to ensure people’s health in a full-cycle and full-cycle manner with a focus on the development of the health industry. In view of this, colleges and universities should carry out health industry theory and practice of research, this study is to establish an initial evaluation of China’s research university health industry development status quo indicator system. Methods Based on a large number of related literatures, starting with the components of health industry in research universities in our country, using other industry appraisal indexes, we established the index system to evaluate the status quo of health industry in research universities in China through Delphi method by 13 experts. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of health industry of China Research University with 5 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators was formed. Conclusion In the process of establishing the index system, the selected experts have some representativeness, the authoritative degree and the positive degree are higher, the concentration and coordination of opinion are better, and the index system of health industry evaluation of China Research University has a certain Scientific and practical, we can further provide a theoretical basis for the construction of evaluation tools for the health industry in our country and contribute to the early realization of “Healthy China 2030”.
