英语作为一种国际上广泛使用的语言,是我们进行国际交流的必备工具,也是积极参与国际间的竞争和提升我国在国际上文化实力的重要武器。大学公共英语是现代高校必修课之一,其教学应该具有自身的特点,吸引更多学生来主动学习英语,为社会培养全面发展的人才。然而,目前我国的大学公共英语教学中还存在着一些问题与不足,导致我国高校大学生的英语学习并没达到理想水平。因此,继续推进大学公共英语教学的深度改革已经迫在眉睫。
As a widely used language in the world, English is an essential tool for our international exchanges and an important weapon for actively participating in international competition and enhancing our country’s international cultural strength. College public English is one of the compulsory courses in modern colleges. Its teaching should have its own characteristics, attract more students to take the initiative to learn English and cultivate all-round development talents for the society. However, at present, there are still some problems and deficiencies in college public English teaching in our country. As a result, college students’ English learning in our country has not reached the ideal level. Therefore, it is imperative to continue to promote the in-depth reform of college public English teaching.
