本文主要运用新制度经济学的理论工具对社会主义市场经济条件下的标准化工作进行微观经济学分析。首先,通过对标准的起源和本质的分析,用马克思主义经济学的原理对社会主义的标准化工作进行宏观定位,然后应用新制度经济学的理论工具,着重从微观层面对市场经济中的标准化工作进行新制度经济学研究,提出在社会主义市场经济条件下,标准和标准化不仅是一个科学技术问题,更是一个制度问题。因此,全社会需要提升对标准化工作的认识,逐步建立健全一套具有中国特色的与法律制度相辅相成的标准化体制机制,助力经济发展,为经济发展保驾护航。
This paper mainly uses the neo-institutional economics theory tools to carry out microeconomic analysis on the standardization under the condition of socialist market economy. First of all, through the analysis of the origin and essence of the standard, we use the principle of Marxist economics to macroscopically standardize the socialist work, and then use the theoretical tools of new institutional economics to focus on the standardization of the market economy at the micro level Carrying out a new system of economics research, proposed in the socialist market economy, standards and standardization is not only a science and technology issues, but also a system issue. Therefore, the whole society needs to enhance its understanding of standardization work and gradually establish and improve a set of standardized institutional mechanisms that are mutually reinforcing with the Chinese characteristics and legal systems, so as to boost economic development and escort economic development.
