随着中国同东南亚各国在政治、经济、社会、文化等各方面交流的展开与深化,双方合作均因为腐败问题而阻碍合作的进度和交流的开展,尤其响应新时期中国的反腐败斗争进入进行的客观要求,构建同东南亚各国的反腐败合作是极为迫切的合作议题。从地缘区位优势来说,云南省具有得天独厚的优势,充分发挥云南省在连接东南亚、南亚国际辐射中心中的以反腐败合作机制的“试点”作用,在弥补和深化中国在构建国际间的预防腐败合作机制是必要而可行的。
