铸造支架具有设计灵活、小巧、坚固等优点,现已广泛应用于可摘局部义齿修复中。但是,当在前牙区或前磨牙区的唇颊侧设置铸造卡环时,由于卡环金属色与天然牙色反差较大,加之铸造卡环受弹性所限多位于基牙的暴露部位,故而严重影响美观,许多患者难以接受。为了克服这一缺点,我们设计了树脂罩面式铸造卡环,即采用可见光固化复合树脂覆盖前牙区或前磨牙区唇颊侧易暴露的铸造卡环,较好地解决了美观问题。通过对采用此修复方法的28
