当本期编完的时候,正是我国传统的春节之际,在此,让我代表本刊编委会和编辑部的全体同志,向本刊的作者、读者和关怀、支持本刊的诸位同仁致以节日的问候！ 按本刊1995年各期分别以衣、食、住、行为重点的计划,本期的重点是服饰民俗。蒙各方面的大力协助,我们编发了14篇这方面的文章,限于篇幅,还有一些来稿推备今后几期陆续发表。从服饰民俗的稿件情况看,有许多不尽符合我们计划的初衷,这是我们约稿时没有说清楚所致。为了把下一期饮食民俗编好,我们有意多采用以下内容的稿件:①饮食民俗理论;②有地方特色的吃食和吃法;③礼仪食品、节日食品;④烹饪和厨师习俗;⑤饮食市场和餐饮业习俗;⑥民间食品的开发利用;⑦近50年日常饮食的变
