IUD (IUD) is a kind of long-term contraceptive measures that has nothing to do with sexual life, minimal systemic risk. Initially contraceptive effects of up to 100%, in fact, any kind of IUD are not ideal. Pregnancy is one of its important complications. Because of prejudice, demographic differences, experience of doctors, the number of women lost to follow-up, and the length of observation, the rate of failure and the final outcome can all be affected, making it necessary to harmonize reporting methods to make the analysis more meaningful. There are three methods of calculating pregnancy rates. The first is the simplest mathematical method, the percentage of pregnancies using IUD statistics, so the highest failure rate calculation, and does not consider the analysis of the length of the period, nor to correct the interrupt user’s pregnancy rate, it can not correctly reflect the pregnancy and IUD relationship, now rarely used. The second Pearl
