以１９９１年１月至１９９５年１２月在我院住院的１５４例剖宫产病人为研究对象，前瞻性地研究了切皮至破膜前及破膜至胎儿娩出的时间间隔与新生儿１分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分间的关系。结果：切皮至破膜前的时间间隔（Ｓ－ＭＩ）在１５分钟之内，与新生儿１分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分无明显相关性。破膜至胎儿娩出的时间间隔（Ｍ－ＤＩ）与１分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分呈明显的负相关。当Ｍ－ＤＩ＞１４０秒时，１分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），当Ｍ－ＤＩ＞１７０秒时则下降更为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：为提高新生儿质量，必须提高剖宫产技术，重点缩短Ｍ－ＤＩ。
From January 1991 to December 1995 in our hospital 154 cases of cesarean section patients for the study, a prospective study of the cutaneous to rupture of the membrane and rupture of the membranes to the fetus at intervals of 1 minute with the newborn Apgar score between the relationship. Results: There was no significant correlation between the cut-off time before rupture of membrane (S-MI) and Apgar score of 1 minute in 15 minutes. The interval from rupture of membranes to fetus (M-DI) was significantly negatively correlated with 1-minute Apgar score. When M-DI> 140 seconds, 1 minute Apgar score decreased significantly (P <0.05), when M-DI> 170 seconds, the decline was more significant (P <0.01). Tip: In order to improve the quality of newborns, cesarean section techniques must be improved with a focus on shortening M-DI.
