为寻求更有效的方法发现由常规杂交、基因突变和离体基因工程等方法产生的抗霜霉病(P.Viticola)葡萄植株,人们评议过两种方法。本文报道的是病原体和寄主的离体双重培养(in vitro dual culture)。这个概念由Morel提出,他给离体愈伤组织接种葡萄霜霉病菌孢子,并不断继代培养以保存病原菌。下面描述的是用双重培养法筛选抗葡萄霜霉病基因型。
In order to find a more effective method to find out P. viticola grape plants produced by the methods of conventional crossing, gene mutation and ex-gene genetic engineering, two methods have been evaluated. Described herein is in vitro dual culture of pathogens and hosts. The concept, proposed by Morel, is to inoculate isolated calluses of Plasmopara viticola spores and continue subculturing to preserve pathogens. Described below is the use of dual culture to screen anti-grape downy mildew genotypes.
