竿塘是指定期放鱼、按天计价的鱼塘,有人也称之为投放塘。竿塘鱼儿的来源有两个:一个是周边地区的养殖塘,一个是周围较大水域的网箱。这两处地方的鱼在外观上一看便可区分:养殖塘里的鱼通体黄白,色泽鲜亮;网箱之鱼则浑身黝黑、色泽黯淡。此外,它们还有一个明显的区别,来自养殖塘里的散养鱼大多入水就沉底,很少于水面停留,而网箱鱼由于乍一来到大水面,对环境很不适应,它们总是三五成群地漂浮、逗留于水面很长时间。以上两种鱼儿的特点,都是它们各自的生活习惯及生长环境造成的。
Pond Tong refers to the regular release of fish, day-priced fish ponds, it was also called the pond. There are two sources of pond pond fish: one is around the ponds, one is surrounded by larger waters of the cage. The fish in these two places can be distinguished by their appearance: the fish in the breeding pond are yellow and white in color and the color is bright; the fish in the cage are dark and dull in color. However, the cage fish, which come into contact with the surface water at a glance, are not suitable for the environment. In small groups floating in the water, stay in the water for a long time. The characteristics of the above two kinds of fish are caused by their own living habits and growth environment.
