我矿过去粗选作业采用2.6×5.5米浮选柱,扫选作业采用2.6×3×4.5米浮选柱。经过生产实践证明,这种浮选柱虽比早先用的“6A”浮选机小修周期可延长半个月,粗选精矿品位稍高,但作业回收率低,浮选油用量大,产品成本高。为了解决上述问题,我矿在北京矿冶研究院的大力协助下,学习河北铜矿的先进经验,采用CHF-X14充气机械搅拌式浮选机,代替浮选柱,取得了一定效果,选矿回收率提高6%左右。
