超细ZSM-11分子筛低温合成及表征

以硅溶胶和白碳黑为硅源 ,在 TBAOH-Na2 O-Si O2 -H2 O体系中 ,在低温下合成出 1 0 0~ 2 0 0 nm的超细 ZSM-1 1分子筛 .研究了晶化时间的影响 ,发现低温下晶化时间对结晶度与晶粒大小的影响较小 .采用 SEM、TEM、XRD、IR、2 9Si MAS NMR、1 3 C CP/MAS NMR、XRF、N2 物理吸附和 NH3-TPD对其进行了表征 ,发现晶粒大小影响其物化性能 In the TBAOH-Na2 O-Si O2 -H2O system, ultrafine ZSM-1 1 zeolite with 100 ~ 200 nm was synthesized at low temperature by using silica sol and white carbon black as the silicon source. The effect of crystallization time on the crystallinity and grain size was studied at low temperature.The results of SEM, TEM, XRD, IR, 29Si MAS NMR, 13C CP / MAS NMR, XRF, N2 physical adsorption And NH3-TPD were characterized and found that the grain size of its physical and chemical properties
