墙体裂缝在各种结构型式的建筑墙体上都有出现。如武汉市汉口某17层机关办公大楼为框剪结构,竣工后,大角墙体因非均匀沉陷,出现明显裂缝。墙体裂缝轻者影响美观,重者墙体渗水和灌风等影响建筑物使用功能,造成使用者心理上不安感,更为严重的会引起建筑物突然破坏倒塌,造成严重事故和财产损失。因此,一定要避免和消除墙体裂缝;一旦发现裂缝,就要慎重认真分析迅速处理。本文试图对墙体裂缝形成原因进行分析和总结,并提出控制措施和处理办法。
