应用确炎舒松-A治疗慢性激素依赖性哮喘早有报道,但缺乏详尽的观察结果报告,笔者应用该药间断穴位注射治疗慢性哮喘,进行了为期3个月的临床观察,疗效满意,报告如下。 1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 符合1993年中华结核和呼吸杂志发表的支气管哮喘诊断标准,属轻、中度发作的慢性哮喘,需长期应用皮质醇类激素(以下简称激素)以缓解症状,除肺气肿、肺心病外无其它合并症的门诊或住院患者共27例,其中男12例,女15例,年龄21～70岁,病程5～35年。属轻度发作16例,中度发作11例,合并肺气肿20例,合并肺心病4例。
