“各位市委书记、市长同志们,在红包问题上要警惕啊,不要以为那是红包,那里面包的是毒药啊……有人说不收红包有点不讲人情,我说就是要不讲人情,你对他一个人不讲人情,体现的就是对群众讲人情。”日前,四川省委书记张学忠在一次工作会上再次强调,年终岁末要警惕送礼风,领导干部坚决不准收受红包(见2004年12月25日《天府早报》的《“红包里包的是毒药”》)。
