聂虹影,1986年参军,毕业于解放军艺术学院文学系,现任武警河南边防总队洛阳边防检查站政治委员,河南省优秀人民警察,巾帼建功标兵,河南省精神文明建设先进个人,曾9次荣立个人三等功。全国公安文学艺术会理事,河南省作家协会会员,《边防警察报》记者。著有作品集《昨日如歌》、《独自倾听》等,作品多次获奖并被《读者》、《散文选刊》等杂志转载。
