目的探讨枸杞多糖对大鼠慢性心理应激行为、神经内分泌和细胞因子的影响。方法健康成年SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为6组,通过旷场实验和悬尾实验观察枸杞多糖调节后各组大鼠的行为变化;采用放射免疫法测定血清皮质醇、IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的含量。结果与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠血清皮质醇含量明显降低(P<0.05);血清IL-1、IL-2和TNF-α的含量明显升高(P<0.05);旷场实验及悬尾实验结果显示,与应激组比较,枸杞多糖低剂量+应激组和枸杞多糖高剂量+应激组大鼠潜伏期缩短,穿格数和修饰时间增加(P<0.05),静止时间明显减少(P<0.05),挣扎次数明显增多(P<0.05)。结论枸杞多糖能够调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴的适应性,降低皮质醇的过量释放,维持免疫功能稳定,调节心理应激水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides on chronic psychological stress, neuroendocrine and cytokines in rats. Methods Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups randomly and randomly divided into 6 groups. The behavioral changes of rats in each group were observed after open-tailed test and suspension test. The serum cortisol and IL were measured by radioimmunoassay. -1, IL-2, and TNF-α levels. Results Compared with the stress group, the serum cortisol levels in the low-dose+ stress group and the high-dose+ stress group significantly decreased (P<0.05); serum IL-1, IL-2 and TNF-α The content of glucocorticoid was significantly increased (P<0.05). The results of open field and tail suspension experiments showed that compared with the stress group, the incubation period of the LBP low dose + stress group and LBP high dose + stress group was shortened. The number of frames and modification time increased (P<0.05), the resting time decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the number of struggles increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion LBP can regulate the adaptability of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical (HPA) axis, reduce the excessive release of cortisol, maintain the stability of immune function, and regulate the level of psychological stress.
