回顾2014年的工作,自治区新华书店领导班子较好地落实完成了自治区新闻出版广电局党组的工作部署,在转作风、抓党建、抓管理、促发展等方面取得了较好成绩。但是对照当前改革发展的总体要求,仍存在较多急需解决的问题。随着我区新华书店出版物发行主业规模的扩大,以及实体书店受到网络销售的冲击,当前发行业务增长的难度越来越大。我们在转变经营方式调整经营结构方面,存在求稳怕乱的倾向,大胆尝试不够,尚未取得实质性的突破。在发挥新华
