在电极箔生产过程中,各种工艺参数,如电压、电流、温度、压力和流量等物理量稳定控制在工艺要求范围内直接关系到电极箔的产品质量。因此,对工艺参数的监控显得尤为重要,我公司目前只对个别参数进行监测,已远远不能满足现代电极箔工艺发展的需要。
In the electrode foil production process, a variety of process parameters, such as voltage, current, temperature, pressure and flow and other physical quantities stable control within the process requirements directly related to the electrode foil product quality. Therefore, the monitoring of process parameters is particularly important, our company currently only monitors individual parameters, which are far from meeting the needs of the development of modern electrode foil technology.
