医学伦理学的教学如果不能和思想实际结合,无疑放空炮。不知学生的思想,只能言者谆谆、而听者杳杳,学习仍然流于形式。我曾在两个年级的部分学生(77级170人,80级97人)中进行过一次民意测验,整理了结果,真有点“剪不断,理还乱”的感觉。一、要努力提高教学效果要不要开设医学伦理学课程,90%以上的学生表示有必要,认为不必要的只有3.4%,有4.5%的人不表态。但这个数字并不能真正表示学生的态度。有的同学是赞成下一年级也要学,因为已经学了,让别人也照样花一点时间,如此而已,不是恶意,也谈不上好意。事实上学生上课并不是全部很认真听的,有的上课时看小说、报纸、英语。有的章节讲得好
