目的:观察X片联合CT在结核性胸膜炎中的诊断效果。方法:选取我院在2013年3月~8月收治的结核性胸膜炎患者50例,分别采用X片和CT进行诊断,并且以最终的病理诊断作为对比,对其检查的准确率进行比较。结果:进行影像学检测患者的确诊率为98%,仅仅有一例出现误诊。结论:进行X片联合CT可以提升结核性胸膜炎的诊断率,医师在检查中要规范化的操作,从而提升影像的清晰度,帮助医师确诊。
Objective: To observe the diagnostic value of X-ray combined with CT in tuberculous pleurisy. Methods: Fifty patients with tuberculous pleurisy admitted in our hospital from March to August 2013 were selected for diagnosis by X-ray and CT respectively. The final diagnosis was compared with the pathological diagnosis, and the accuracy of the examination was compared. Results: The imaging diagnosis of patients diagnosed was 98%, only one case of misdiagnosis. Conclusion: X-ray combined with CT can improve the diagnostic rate of tuberculous pleurisy, physicians in the inspection to be standardized operation, thereby enhancing the clarity of the image to help doctors confirm the diagnosis.
