Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has become a common community-acquired pneumonia in children [1], complicated by external organ damage [2]. This article reviews and summarizes the clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects of 158 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from 2003 to 2007.
