智慧城市指的就是利用先进的技术手段对城市的核心系统的各个关键信息进行分析,从而对城市内的各个系统做出智能的响应。本文对四川郫县智慧城市建设中的政府治理理念的转变进行探讨。
Smart city refers to the use of advanced technology means to analyze the key information of the city’s core system so as to intelligently respond to the various systems in the city. This paper discusses the transformation of government governance in the construction of smart city in Yixian County, Sichuan Province.
