严峻的就业形势使得大学毕业生们在多了几分焦虑的同时少了几分自我保护的意识。随着各种新的就业方式的出现,劳务纠纷将变得更加频繁和复杂。日前北京崇文区劳动仲裁委员会受理的7名女大学生“劳务派遣”诉讼案,再次提醒人们要增强法律意识,依法维护自己的权益,同时也对高校的就业指导提出了新的要求。
The grim employment situation makes university graduates feel a little less self-protection at the same time with somewhat more anxiety.
