基层单位离退休职工是单位发展和完善之中的一笔十分宝贵的财富,但是由于离退休职工具有一定的特殊性,因此这就给基层单位的离退休服务工作带来了一定的难度和挑战。在当前的新形势之下,基层单位要想更好地将国家的方针和政策加以落实,就需要相关的离退休服务人员开展离退休管理和服务工作,这样才能够促进基层单位的持续和健康发展,使离退休的职工能够安享自己的晚年生活。本文通过对当前我国在基层单位离退休服务工作中的不足进行分析,提出了几点提升离退休服务水平的建议,对相关的基层单位离退休服务人员具有一定的参考价值。
Retired workers in grass-roots units are a very valuable asset in the development and improvement of units. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings in the work of retirement service in grassroots units in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of retirement service, which is of certain reference value to the retired staffs in the grassroots units concerned.
