【目的】调查单纯性肥胖儿童生长变化及血清胰岛素样生长因-1(IGF-1)/胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP-3)浓度。【方法】根据广州两所小学从7岁开始建立的身高/体重纵向体检资料,然后依据体质指数分类标准筛选7岁以来一直处于正常体重和肥胖的11岁儿童,同时以父母身高中值为配对因素,选取一直肥胖的儿童31人(男20,女11)和一直体重正常的儿童42人(男20,女22)分析身高纵向变化,并测试空腹血清IGF-1/IGFBP3浓度。【结果】肥胖组男童身高高于同龄时正常体重儿童,且11岁时IGF-1/IGFBP3浓度皆高于正常体重儿童(P<0.05);女童肥胖组与正常组身高差异则无统计学意义,11岁时IGF-1/IGFBP3浓度也无显著变化。【结论】单纯性肥胖并不影响青春期前(或青春期)儿童的生长或反使生长加速,相应的血清IGF-1/IGFBP3浓度无改变或增加。
【Objective】 To investigate the changes of growth and serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) / insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP-3) levels in children with simple obesity. 【Methods】 According to the longitudinal height and weight checkup data of two primary schools in Guangzhou from the age of 7, the 11-year-old children, who were 7 years old and were normal weight and obesity, were screened according to the body mass index classification standard. Thirty-one obese children (20 males and 11 females) and 42 children (22 males and 20 females) who had been obese were analyzed for longitudinal height changes and fasting serum IGF-1 / IGFBP3 concentrations were measured. 【Results】 The height of boys in obesity group was higher than that of normal weight children at the same age, and the concentrations of IGF-1 / IGFBP3 in obesity group were higher than that of normal weight children at 11 years of age (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in height between obese and normal girls Significance, 11-year IGF-1 / IGFBP3 concentration also did not change significantly. 【Conclusions】 Simple obesity does not affect the growth of children before adolescence (or adolescence) or anti-growth, and the corresponding serum IGF-1 / IGFBP3 concentration has no change or increase.
