1 病例报告患儿男,7岁。因腹部包块伴发热9天入院。体检:体温38.5℃。贫血外貌。皮肤粘膜可见散在瘀点。左颌下可触及1.5cm×2.0cm大小的淋巴结,右腹股沟可触及多个0.5cm×0.5cm的淋巴结。咽部轻度充血。心肺正常。腹平软。肝右肋下触
1 case report children male, 7 years old. Due to abdominal mass with fever 9 days admitted. Physical examination: body temperature 38.5 ℃. Anemia appearance. Skin mucosa visible scattered petechia. The left submandibular palpable 1.5cm × 2.0cm size of the lymph nodes, the right groin can reach multiple 0.5cm × 0.5cm lymph nodes. Pharyngeal mild congestion. Cardiopulmonary normal. Abdomen soft. Right lateral rib touch
