漳州市芗城实验小学地处闹市,学校门口的店铺和地摊里摆满了文具、玩具、零食等小学生们日常生活离不开的商品。一些商人为了骗取钱财,玩起以假乱真、以次充好的手段,常骗得小消费者上当。有的商贩知道同学们对新玩具的热情,就时不时地推出些时尚的小东西,比如电子宠物、方便面金卡、红外线手电筒等等,使得有些同学把父母给的零用钱全花在这些玩具上了。为了让队员们从小学会合理消费,懂得维护自己的合法权益,芗城实验小学五(3)中队开展了“3·15进课堂”系
