用纤维蛋白平板法，测量溶圈面积，作为评定纤溶酶活性的指标．在适宜条件下，将赤子爱胜蚓干燥粉末浸泡在ＮａＣｌ、ＫＣｌ、ＭｇＣｌ２溶液中，可使赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶活性提高４－５倍，对于提高溶栓制剂的药效具有实际应用价值．
Fibrin plate method was used to measure the area of the lysosome and serve as an index for assessing plasmin activity. Under appropriate conditions, soaking Eisenia foetida dry powder in NaCl, KCl and MgCl2 solutions can increase the plasmin activity of Eisenia foetida by 4-5 times, which is of practical value for improving the efficacy of thrombolytic agents .
