自体脂肪移植在改善身体凹陷畸形、局部塑形和面部衰老方面效果显著，但依然存在风险。诸多并发症如血管栓塞引发的失明、脑梗塞、皮肤坏死，脂肪坏死引起的钙化、油脂囊肿形成、感染等，这些并发症需要引起临床的高度重视。现将自体脂肪移植并发症成因、预防和处理措施做一总结。“,”Autologous fat transplantation has a remarkable effect on the improvement of body concave deformity,local shaping and facial aging,but there is still a risk.Many complications, such as blindness,cerebral infarction and skin necrosis caused by blood clots,as well as calcifications,the calcification,oil cyst and infection caused by fat necrosis,ect. Which need to attract clinical attention.Now this paper will summarise the cause,prevention and treatment measures of antologous fat transplantation.
