目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定饮用水中甲萘威和呋喃丹农药残留的方法。方法:样品用二氯甲烷提取,氮吹近干,甲醇+水(60+40)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 ml/min,紫外检测器进行检测,波长280 nm。结果:本法回收率为87.6%~96.2%;RSD为2.0%~4.6%;检测限:甲萘威为0.010μg/ml,呋喃丹为0.037μg/ml。结论:所建立的方法,操作简单,稳定性好,结果准确、可靠,可用于饮用水中甲萘威、呋喃丹的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of carbaryl and carbofuran pesticide residues in drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The sample was extracted with dichloromethane, the nitrogen was nearly dry and methanol + water (60 + 40) was used as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The detector was detected by ultraviolet detector with the wavelength of 280 nm. Results: The recoveries of this method ranged from 87.6% to 96.2%. The RSDs ranged from 2.0% to 4.6%. The limits of detection were: Carbaryl 0.010μg / ml and Carbofuran 0.037μg / ml. Conclusion: The established method has simple operation, good stability, accurate and reliable results and can be used for the simultaneous determination of carbaryl and carbofuran in drinking water.
