当制造具有镜面光洁度的高性能金属光学零件时,不能采用常规加工的机床。必须用单晶金刚石刀具,并且要对振动隔离给予特别关注和严格的温度控制。已研制出具有驱动超精密车床主轴所需的一种层流液压马达。常规的液压传动装置,由于流速和压力的脉动,对这类车床不适用。新装置的设计可以防止上述问题。这种马达是与主轴结合为一个整体。
When manufacturing high-performance metal optical components with a mirror finish, a machine that can not be machined conventionally can not be used. Single-crystal diamond tools must be used, with special attention and stringent temperature control for vibration isolation. A laminar flow hydraulic motor has been developed that has the requisite for driving an ultra-precision lathe spindle. Conventional hydraulic actuators, due to pulsations of flow rate and pressure, are not suitable for such lathes. The new device is designed to prevent the above problems. This motor is combined with the spindle as a whole.
