目的:探讨抑癌基因R16的基因产物在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况及其与细胞增殖的关系.方法:采用免疫组化S-P法,检测68例NSCLC患者的手术切除标本中P16的表达情况,并检测PCNA,计算细胞增殖指数(PI,proliferationindex).结果:在68例NSCLC患者标本中,P16的阳性率分别为64.7%,在不同组织类型的NSCLC中的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);其表达随PI分级的升高而下降.结论1、P16参与NSCLC的细胞增殖周期演进,其不同表达水平直接影响NSCLC的细胞分化与增殖,P16蛋白的缺失可能是NSCLC由低度恶性向高度恶性过渡的重要事件;2、P16蛋白表达与NSCLC病理类型无关.
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene R16 gene in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with cell proliferation. METHODS: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of P16 in 68 surgically resected specimens of NSCLC patients. PCNA was detected and the cell proliferation index (PI) was calculated. Results: The positive rate of P16 in 64 NSCLC specimens was 64.7% respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of P16 among different types of NSCLC (P>0.05). The expression of P16 increased with the PI classification. And drop. Conclusions: 1. P16 is involved in the evolution of cell proliferation cycle of NSCLC, and its different expression levels directly affect the cell differentiation and proliferation of NSCLC. The loss of P16 protein may be an important event for the transition from low to high malignant NSCLC; 2. The expression of P16 protein NSCLC pathological type has nothing to do.
