1988年12月8～10日,江苏省冶金厅召开了1989年度冶金工作会议。顾秀莲省长到会看望了代表,并代表省委、省政府对全省冶金行业的工作提出了五点希望和要求:1.把治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序作为工作重点,认真抓好。治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序实际上是一次经济调整。十三届三中全会以来我们做了一些工作,也取得了一些成绩,但还仅仅是开始,明年治理整顿的任务更重,矛盾将更多,困难会更大,要求全省冶金行业的同志要充分认识到这一点。要有足够的估计,保持清醒的头
