OBJECTIVE: To analyze the related factors of prophylactic antimicrobials in perioperative patients and the implementation of antibacterials management rules and implementation rules, and provide reference for the continuous improvement of drug administration. Methods: A total of 7 120 cases of small surface small tumors admitted from January to December in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed to analyze the drug usage in 416 patients undergoing minor surface tumor resection. Results: Of the 7 120 small surface small tumors, 416 patients underwent surgery with antimicrobial agents, with a usage rate of 31.49%, of which 26.72% were indications; only 3.05% were given 0.5-1 h before surgery, The postoperative 120 cases accounted for 28.85%; the antibacterial species coincidence rate was 54.20%; medication time <24 h accounted for 15.27%. Conclusion: There are some indications for the use of perioperative antimicrobial agents in the management of small body surface tumors, such as improper control, improper timing of delivery and long course of treatment, and the establishment of a viable long-term management system and continuous implementation of supervision.
