报道了九种浓度镧或钕的发酵液对棕色固氮菌(Azotobdctervinelandii)342菌株的海藻酸发酵的影响。结果表明,两种稀土浓度都为100ppm时,能刺激其细胞生长、发育和促进海藻酸的生成;抑制浓度分别大于200和150ppm。La ̄(3+)在0~100ppm,而Nd ̄(3+)在0~150ppm,其固氮量随浓度的提高而递增,c_M/c_G(甘露糖醛酸浓度/古洛糖醛酸浓度)比值则随浓度的提高而递减;La ̄(3+)在100~400ppm而Nd在150~400ppm时,其固氮量及c_M/C_G比值变化规律与低浓度时相反.
The effect of fermentation broths of nine concentrations of lanthanum or neodymium on alginic acid fermentation of Azotobacter discoidea 342 strains was reported. The results showed that both rare earths concentration of 100ppm, can stimulate their cell growth, development and promote the formation of alginic acid; inhibitory concentrations were greater than 200 and 150ppm. The nitrogen fixation rate of La ~ (3+) is 0 ~ 100ppm and Nd ~ (3+) is 0 ~ 150ppm. The ratio of c_M / c_G (mannuronic acid concentration / guluronic acid concentration) With decreasing concentration, the change of nitrogen fixation and c_M / C_G ratio of La ~ (3+) at 100 ~ 400ppm and Nd at 150 ~ 400ppm was opposite to that at low concentration.
