高职院校班级管理工作关系到人才培养的优劣,其直接影响到学生的发展和学校的教育质量,对于学生的健康成长以及学校的和谐稳定具有十分重要发意义。那如何为学生创造一个良好、和谐的学习环境,提高班级管理效果,是一个值得探讨的课题。本文结合笔者的工作实践,从几个方面提出了对高职院校班级管理的可行方法。
Class management in higher vocational colleges is related to the advantages and disadvantages of personnel training. It has a direct impact on the development of students and the quality of education in schools. It is of great significance to the healthy growth of students and the harmonious development of schools. How to create a good and harmonious learning environment for students and improve the effectiveness of class management is a subject worth exploring. Based on the author’s work practice, this article puts forward some feasible methods for class management in higher vocational colleges from several aspects.
