视网膜色素上皮瘤比较少见。近几年我们遇到3例,报告如下。例1 刘××女性57岁病理号4131—85 右眼视物不清5个月,于1985年9月7日入院。入院前20多天,在外院诊为“脉络膜肿瘤”转来我院。B 超检查发现右眼球内实质性占位病变继发视网膜脱离。全身检查无异常。视力右0.02,左1.5,眼压右7.10mmHg,左眼12.23mmHg。右眼前节正常,玻璃体混浊,视乳头边界不清,上方
