教育部考试命题中心命题的高考大纲卷从2006年开始考材料作文,课标卷(宁夏、海南卷简称宁海卷)从2007年开始考材料作文。全国其他有命题权的省市自行命制的高考题,近一半是材料作文。材料作文怎么写,这是困扰高三老师和学生的一大问题。从材料作文的写作流程来看,主要有审题立意、素材选用、构思表达三个步骤。以下列述之。
