我国第一个由国家正式颁布的有关食物营养方面的文件——《90年代中国食物结构改革与发展纲要》出台了。该《纲要》根据我国的国情,并参照国际惯例和一些国家及地区的资料,提出了90年代我国食物发展的指导思想和基本目标,以及实现食物发展目标的政策措施和组织保证。 根据我国到本世纪末实现小康目标的基本要求,2000年我国人民食物消费和营养的基本目标是:
The first document on food nutrition formally promulgated by the country - “The Outline of the Reform and Development of China’s Food Structure in the 1990s” was promulgated. According to China’s national conditions and with reference to international practices and data from some countries and regions, the “Outline” proposed the guiding ideology and basic objectives for food development in our country in the 1990s and the policy measures and organizational guarantees for achieving the goal of food development. According to the basic requirement of our country to achieve the well-off goal by the end of this century, the basic goal of food and nutrition for the Chinese people in 2000 is:
