极化液(Glucose-lnsulin-Kalium-Solu)自1962年Sidi-Pallare等推荐用以治疗心肌梗塞以来,经大量的临床应用和实验研究,已证明其作用机制是:使钾进入细胞内,促进细胞膜极化状态的恢复,以利于心脏的正常收缩。并可抑制心肌缺血时游离脂肪酸的增高,从而改善心脏功能,防止心律失常。虽对疗效评价不一,但已普遍应用于临床,成为治疗急性心梗可供选择的方法之一。为了发挥镁对心脏的治疗作用,1986年我院监护病房在急性心梗的早期治疗中,在GIK中加入25%硫酸镁10m1,称改良后的极化液为GIKM。
