由当地分离纯化并回接有效而获得的4株快生型大豆根瘤菌株,通过形态、生理鉴定,表明与慢生型菌株有明显差异;在菌株与大豆品种亲和性的盆栽试验中,其中A034菌株与“徐州四号”、A032与“东解选”大豆品种间具有良好共生效应;其株高、茎叶干重及含氮量、株瘤数与瘤重、及固氮酶活性等,均明显高于不接种对照;固氮率分别提高为48.1%与44.5%;
