为了预防和减少化疗所致静脉炎及渗漏性损伤的发生。对 35例肿瘤患者采用外周静脉穿刺植入中心静脉导管 (PICC)输入化疗药物。结果 :静脉炎和渗漏性损伤的发生率为零 ,未发生局部血肿、静脉血栓等 ;均完成了化疗周期 ,拔管后伤口愈合好。提出操作中选择好血管是置管成功的保证 ;严格无菌操作和正压封管是预防导管感染和导管堵塞的关键。
In order to prevent and reduce the incidence of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis and leakage injury. Peripheral venous puncture and central venous catheter (PICC) input chemotherapy drugs were used in 35 patients with tumors. Results: The incidence of phlebitis and leakage injury was zero. No local hematoma or venous thrombosis occurred. The chemotherapy cycle was completed and the wound healed well after extubation. The selection of good blood vessels in the proposed operation is a guarantee of successful catheterization; strict aseptic manipulation and positive pressure sealing are the key to prevent catheter infection and catheter blockage.
