Case Description: In 2011, a research institute applied for a patent for agricultural machinery parts from the State Intellectual Property Office and obtained a utility model patent license and paid an annual fee in accordance with the regulations. In 2013, the Institute suddenly found that X-tech companies even hyped and sold the farm machinery parts. After careful investigation found that X technology companies have been to “seek cooperation” to the Institute visited the study tour.
