课外阅读能够有效地培养学生的自学兴趣,使学生养成终身学习的好习惯。因此在语文课堂上,教师应当适当地扩大学生的阅读量,强化阅读指导,有效培养学生的阅读兴趣,为学生营造良好的阅读环境,培养学生的阅读习惯,使学生自由地获取更多的知识,全面提高学生的综合素养。语文新课标也指出:应当重点培养学生的阅读兴趣,扩大阅读面,提高学生的阅读品味。在小学阶段,学生的课外阅读总量应当在一百四十五万字以上。仅以课本依据的阅读量来说
