本文试就键槽对轴心线对称度误差的气动测量作一简介。测量装置见图。键槽内插入定位块2(无间隙配合),将插入定位块的工件3置于V形块上(当工件比较长时,可以用两个V形块来定位)。采用两个单喷嘴1、5的单气路测量系统,每个测量系统接入一台气动量仪。按图示布置,先测出5气路量仪的读数B。然后将插入定位块的工件旋转180°,重复上述操作,测出1气路量仪的读数A。被测截面上工件的对称度误差值可按下式计算:
