作者在调查煤矿工人滑囊炎时,发现有较大部分患者除具有急慢性滑囊炎的改变外,尚有上皮组织高度角化,半月板受损,尺骨鹰嘴骨质增生、髌前骨质增生、骨关节炎、尺神经炎、髌骨软骨软化等表现。这是矿工在井下这种特殊工作环境下产生的一类复合性病变。我们建议将此类病例称为矿工肘膝综合征。
When investigating bump bursitis in coal miners, the authors found that in addition to the changes of acute and chronic bursitis, there was a greater degree of hyperkeratosis of the epithelium, impaired meniscus, osseous olecranon proliferation, Hyperplasia, osteoarthritis, ulnar neuritis, chondromalacia patella and other performance. This is a type of complex lesions that miners produce in this particular working environment downhole. We recommend that these cases be called mine elbow knee syndrome.
